We own three business; Ferguson Films, a wedding video company (http://www.fergusonfilms.com), Alissa Ferguson Photography, a wedding photography company (http://www.alissaferguson.com) and a commercial video company called Cavalier. (http://www.thisiscavalier.com) The idea isn’t too complicated. We’ve been married 10 years, we’re business partners managing three brands, we’re raising three children, and we like to talk. Somehow, we thought by opening up our lives in this way, we could offer even the smallest bit of encouragement or value to our friends and followers. Our dining room table is the central hub in our house. Business ideas, the kids’ schoolwork, puzzles, laptops, bills, books, and dirty dishes can all be found there on the daily, so we thought it was a good representation of how we attempt to juggle it all. It’s been nearly 11 years since our own wedding, and after working at countless others, we have some things we’d change if we could go back. We talk about some regrets and what went well. Ultimately, we don’t regret marrying each other, so that’s good news.
